Nan is a founding member of The Donington Group and works with executives across both the Donington and Harris Smith client base. She has had extensive experience in career transition management and coaching, working with organisations and executives in transition across all industry sectors in both the private and public sector. Her early career was in education, followed by 10 years in general management and executive roles in commercial environments. Her move to consulting and coaching almost 15 years ago was consistent with her ongoing interest in individuals and organisations, their potential and their development. She applies her commercial experience and skills to coaching individual executives to enhance their personal and organisation effectiveness, focusing on development of the leadership capabilities required for ongoing success.

Don founded Harris Smith & Associates in 1993 after consulting in large organisations on strategy, change management and organisational development for over 20 years. He primarily works with CEOs and senior management of large multi-national firms and is engaged on “team coaching” assignments during organisational change. His leadership consulting focus is directed at the actual leadership and career issues senior managers and professionals deal with on the job. He works with senior management through post acquisition integration, implementing strategic change, and achieving higher productivity through performance management. Don has worked extensively in the telecommunications, information technology, banking, pharmaceutical, insurance and manufacturing industries as well as professional services, Federal and State Government Authorities

Partner Geoff is an internationally experienced executive in human resources and a pioneer in the career management and outplacement industry in Australia and New Zealand. He has coached and worked with senior executives over the last 20 years. Geoff’s expertise is in executive coaching and career transition management, change management, career management and development, and organisational executive and leadership development. He has consulted on business restructuring and is a commentator in the field of major employment change events. Geoff was appointed as MD and CEO of The Donington Group and a Director of Harris Smith in late 2007 and actively coaches and consults with individuals who participate in the Donington and Harris Smith senior executive coaching and career transition support programs.

Paul is an early member of the Harris Smith practice and has twenty years of consulting experience gained across a diverse range of industry sectors. He has broad experience in executive coaching, and also develops and facilitates executive and team workshops at CEO and senior management level with private and public sector clients. Paul specialises in leadership behaviours in the workplace. Paul’s experience ensures that each coaching program is adapted and delivered to meet each individual’s specific coaching goals. Paul works with executives across both the Donington and Harris Smith client base.

Prior to joining Harris Smith, Ron Graham spent 16 years as a Senior Partner in one of the major international Executive Search firms. For 8 of these years he was the Managing Partner Australia and New Zealand. Ron’s work in Executive Search has equipped him well in assisting Senior Executives as they navigate career challenges and opportunities. Ron’s earlier commercial experience was with the Mars Corporation where he spent 14 years. Ron held Senior Executive positions across Australia, New Zealand and the US. His functional expertise spans General Management, Manufacturing Management and Human Resources Management.

David has broad executive and general management experience gained in Europe, UK, Asia, Australia and NZ in leading change programs and creating effective teams in global and Australasian companies. Major change projects have included significant merger and acquisition programs at Goodman Fielder and National Foods, restructuring of the sales and logistics function at Kellogg Australia and the sales function in Kellogg Japan. He brings to the Harris Smith team his executive front line experience, coupled with significant experience in implementing organisation change.
