Our Executive Coaching Code of Ethics:

  • Set-up: we will describe the terms of our relationship and service provision to you in a clear agreement.
  • Confidentiality : we shall not disclose any information you give to us, unless required by law or with your consent. Reports prepared will only include data that is strictly relevant to the purpose of the report.
  • Record keeping: all our databases and records are kept in a secure manner. We conform to National Privacy principles outlined in the Privacy Act 1988 .
  • Consent: we will only work with your voluntary consent.
  • Respect: we will treat you respectfully and acknowledge that you are an autonomous individual.
  • Integrity : we will not mislead you or your organisation about the nature of our programs and services.
  • Conflict of interest: we will disclose any potential conflict of interest and endeavour to resolve it with you immediately.
  • Referral: where we judge that other colleagues may better serve you, we will refer you to an alternative source of expertise.
  • Continuous improvement: we aim to continuously improve our professional knowledge and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
  • Psychometric and assessment tools: we only use tools that are properly constructed, validated and used in an appropriate manner. Only qualified consultants will administer and interpret assessment data. We will explain the purpose and limitations of any assessment or psychological tools used and provide you with accurate and timely feedback.
  • Professional guidelines & memberships: our psychologists are registered and adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards of the Australian Psychological Society and the N.S.W. Registration Board.
